detonext has set itself the goal of revolutionising combustion in heating systems and power generation. We want to further develop the technology of the rotating detonation engine to create a more powerful and efficient heating system that can meet the high energy demands of the non-residential building sector. Rotating detonation engines (RDEs) is a rocket engine concept that uses supersonic combustion to increase combustion efficiency by utilizing pressure gain combustion. We therefore intend to use this combustion process to develop an innovative, sustainable heating and power system which is able to deliver the same amount of energy for less fuel.
